I am no longer able to copy from ADF MX432

RoseMount

My printer jammed. Once resolved I attempted to copy again from the ADF. I get an error message that a document is in the ADF. I am able to copy when document is placed under the scan lid.

Any help?

Are you sure every piece of jammed paper was removed? If so, try turning printer off and then on again.

Hello!

Please try unplugging the printer for at least ten minutes.  If the error returns upon powering it back on, please make sure there is not a jam anywhere in the unit by following the directions on the link below.  You indicated you have checked; however, there are several areas a jam could be.  We just want to ensure nothing was missed!
