I recently got a Windows 8 latop and whenever I try to print to my wireless printer, it says it is offline. I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Hello.
Please try the following adjustment to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Open the Devices and Printers applet in the Control Panel.
2. Right-Click on the Printer, choose 'See What's Printing', then select your printer.
3. When the print queue is displayed, click on 'Printer' on the upper-left corner and choose 'Use Printer Online'.
Once this has been done, try printing to test the unit.
If the offline message remains, please visit the following link below to contact our support group for additional assistance.
