I have only had this printer for 2 weeks. I am getting blurry copies when i copy from either the top or on the glass. I have checked the troubleshooting guide and there is nothing regarding this. What do I need to do?

We've had this fax machine about one year and we don't us it often. However, it's important that it's in working order when we need it. It just started making blurry copies on the top or under the glass, and also the margins are off. Does anyone know how to fix this as I can't find any trouble shooter section in the manual.

Do you receive a blurry output when printing as well or only when making a copy directly from the unit?
You can select the optical image quality for the copy depending on the document type, such as text-only documents, documents with charts and graphs, or magazine photos. Click HERE for these steps.
