I have MF244dw black & white laser printer. After printing a document I got the "paper jammed or no cart is inserted" error message. Definitely no paper jam after an hour of following the suggested steps over and over. I also took the paper out the try and put it back in. I turned the printer off and on several times and also unplugged the printer with the power on and left it off for half an hour.
