Error E161-403 E on my IPF 6300 - Howe to get the printheads to move to senter ?

Error on the display : E 161-403 E . Abnormal temp. rise in the left head . I like to replace it . But the printheads are lock in the home/right possition . I removed the panel on the right side and replaced the errorhead with the new one . Still the same error message . Howe to force the heads to get in the senter possition , eny reeboot/restart that I have been missing ??

I can`t get into the ordinary menu set up . Just into the printer info .

I have the same problem with right head. My printheads aren't lock but I change it and nothing happens. I can't go to the menu panel. It is locked on error message.
