Though the black ink cartridge is empty, the display shows a question mark ("?"). I have searched the manual and cannot find how to change a cartridge if the printer doesn't read it as empty. Help!

These instructions don't work for this issue. The printer doesn't recognize that the cartridge is empty. There is a question mark above the black toner cartridge. There is no info how to address this. I cannot get the black cartridge to move over to the area where you can release/replace it.
