Got a cranky MF3010 that makes a funny noise when powered up and just says "E202" over and over. Looks like the paper jam and paper tray icons are lit up. What does it mean and how do I fix/bypass it? It's not addressed in the manual and the internet doesn't provide a clear answer. There is no paper stuck inside, btw. I'm not a total idiot, just a partial idiot who needs his "less than a year old" printer to work. TIA for any ideas!

After pressing the buttons there we a 'U' is displayed and only one print is obtained and the printer is again not working

Same problem. Owned the printer just over 1.5yrs. Printed 20 pages still using original cartridge and now getting E202. Called tech support very nice. Told me possible problems and solutions. Said repair is probably more expensive than replacement. So I won’t be purchasing anymore Canon products ever. I’ve still got the unused extra toner if anyone wants to buy it lol 🙂 Bye Bye Canon
