Document stuck in Fax que - MB2720

I have an ongoing issue with faxes being stuck in que, even after choosing to delete. I am manually having to go in and remove them through services, spool....

How do I fix this issue?

Also, if a fax doesn't go through, does it stay in the que and then retry to send? If so, how often does it try to resend?

Windows 10, everything is up to date.

Hello, 

When sending a fax, the MB2720 will try to auto redial if it fails. You can disable the auto redial from the touch screen on the printer under Fax settings. The jobs can be stuck in queue if the printer is still trying to fax or is redialing.
