We have a Maxify MB5420 that was purchased in March 2017. The printer is working OK but sometimes, when you request one copy to print, it prints until all the paper is gone from both paper trays. This problem has occurred more than half a dozen times since we bought it. This printer is wi-fi connected.
The problem is random but very annoying because we can't watch it print all the time. Sometimes, we use it to print reports from a remote pc that's dialed to the host pc at the office. What can we do to fix this problem?
