When printing text or black and white documents I get cyan and blue streaks on the page. Color pages print fine. Have tried running maintenance cleaning programs to no avail. Have removed tray and cleaned inside the unit. All with the same indications nothing changes.

Has the Cyan cartridge been replaced? Is it a genuine Canon toner cartridge?

A few other things to try....unplug the unit for a while to see if it that helps. Next try a factory default of the unit (I believe there is an option to do this in the menu). If neither works, contact Canon Support as the unit may need to be serviced.
