Following a paper jam which I cleared on my 14 month old Maxify MB5450, I am getting an error code 5C01 which tells me that the printer needs service attention. I am in France and bought the printer direct from Canon in Feb 2022. Several days have elapsed since I completed the web form requesting assistance with no response. Does anyone know what Canon's minimum service level is. Am I being too optimistic thinking that I should get a fairly rapid response?
