I just recently got this printer and set it up. It will print documents with no errors but when I go to print the images of my product labels (doesn't matter on regular paper or label paper) it comes out with a blue tint for the background. I checked my toner levels and my blue is 10% lower than the rest of them. The toner being used came with the printer already, I have done the correct print color mismatch, fixing the assembly, auto adjust gradation in the maintenance settings of the machine - everything I could find online but no luck.
First image is what I am trying to print and second image is what I am getting when printed. It's super light and faded looking but with a blue tint covering it. I have tried printing it as a PNG and as a PDF but I get the same result. I have also tried adjusting some of the print settings but nothing I have done has made a difference.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

It could be the print file you're using. Does this happen with all documents? It looks like you're trying to print black text. Have you selected black-only printing?

It doesn't have any problem when printing a normal work document. I have tried printing a png as is and then as a PDF file for this image and same issue. Word documents and plain text things are fine, I have printed other images and they are fine as well. It doesn't seem to like that tan background color.

I would worry about it if it's just one document. Did you select black only?
