I’m facing two recurring issues with my Canon imageCLASS MF455dw printer:
Paper Feeding Multiple Sheets: The printer often feeds 4 sheets of paper at once, which causes jams and poor print quality.
Paper Detection Problem: When there are only a few sheets left in the tray, the printer fails to recognize the paper, leading to errors and print halts.
I tried troubleshooting, restarting, and, even, resetting, but nothing worked.
I have tried reaching out to Canon's warranty support through the phone, but the answering machine directed me to contact them online. I've since sent two emails, but I haven’t received any response.
Has anyone else experienced these problems with the MF455dw or have suggestions on what I can do to resolve them? Any assistance would be appreciated, especially if anyone knows how to get in touch with Canon support effectively.
