I have a Color Imageclass LBPb22Cdw with Windows 10 and hooked up wired to my computer. I get this squiggly line going down the paper and the ink just wipes off the paper where that sqiggle is? I have tried to do all the cleaning preferences that I have found and tried to wipe the rollers that I can see in the printer.
Is there a way to fix this? I am needing this to work asap.
Thanks.

Hi melanieosier.
SInce you mention you've already performed the cleanings (and the problem has persisted), then next I recommend going through the special processing options for settings that may be relevant to your printer's environment. I particularly recommend trying either the High Humidty or Low Humidity setting, depending on which applies to the printer's environment. Humidity can cause the toner to not fix correctly to the paper. Some of the other settings may also (or alternatively) apply.
