Good afternoon everyone, I hope you can help me.
A few weeks ago I bought the Canon imageCLASS MF731Cdw printer for my office, the first 2 weeks worked very well, I was surprised with the ease that it prints and scans.
Yesterday I arrived at the office I wanted to turn on the printer but it did not work, and instead of that only an orange or red light was turned on (images), as I read through a canon web page, the reason is a jammed paper, I tried to see if the reason was that, but I do not see any paper stuck in any place and what worries me is that it does not turn on the small screen either.
I hope you can help me, because it is an important product for my office.
