The scaner feeder is no longer working. The paper gets pulled in to the front of the machine and immediately jams. Checked for any paper jam or shreds of paper or other obstruction, and nothing found. The scanner works fine for single-sheet scanning, it is just the scanner feeder that isn't working and so any multi-page scanning is not working. Any recommendation on troubleshooting it?
