Canon imageCLASS D1120 paper drawer is stuck

Any idea how I can get the paper drawer to release? It just got stuck all of a sudden and won't push in or pull out. Thanks.

Is the drawer stuck due to jammed paper? 🤔

no paper is involved. It pulled out like normal but wouldn't go back in when I tried to do so.

My thought would be to contact Canon Support. Something may have been jarred loose and the unit might require a repair. 🤔
