I can print my "WORD" documents but cannot print my emails nor off the internet. I get the "alarm" light and it indicates "Supply Rec. Paper Tray: A4"  I tried unplugging the printer for 5 minutes but still no help.  I recently installed "Universal Document Converter" What should I do?

I can print WORD document but problem printing emails and online.  Get alarm light and LCD flashes "Supply Rec. Paper Tray: A4"  No help if I unplug printer.

While waiting for a response from you guys, which I know I'd get, I started to change some settings.  When I opened "print" I clicked on "properties".  It seems that someone "output size" changed to "A4". When I changed that to ""match paper size" or "letter" and it prints fine.  Sorry to trouble those who have been working on my problem.
