Canon Maxify 2020 - no screen

Power on. Nothing on the screen to do any setup.

 

I poked and prodded. The previous owner said she unplugged it during a print job then never cared to fix it.

 

Any ideas?

If unplugging and reconnecting to power doesn't resolve, its done.  Hope you didn't pay for it.

Hi Ricoeur,

 

If the screen is not starting up and the alarm light is solid, it looks like the printer needs service. In this situation, the last step you can try is unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times. After pressing the power 10 times, you can plug it into a different power source and turn it back on.

 

If the printer still does not start, it would need service. The printer has a 1 year warranty and you can click the link HERE to create a Canon account to see what service options you have.
