We have got a Canon MF 3520i which is connected to the network.
We added it successfully to a Mac (OS Sierra) and it worked fine as a printer, we even had the scan to file function working.
However, one of the main scanning issues is that we are unable to preview the scanned document on the Mac screen (it can be previewed though on other connected PCs). This is crucial while working with scanning because it defines the quality and measurements of the scanned document.
We have switched the scanner online for remote scanning and tried the following Mac compatible apps: Canon MF scan utility, MF toolbox and canon IJ ScanGear starter EX but nothing worked, since none detected it.
Appreciate any help on this issue.
Thank you
