Hello! The tray to my printer was dropped and the front part came off. I managed to get it back on, but there's a small black piece that someone sits on a small wire, and I can't figure out how it fits together. Trying to print without the small black piece in place causes the printer to say that it is jammed. Printing from tray 2 still works. Any help or diagrams would be appreciated!!

Hello Printerpieces,
Unfortunately, we do not have any repair instructions for the paper tray. In this situation, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. Our support team would happy to check if that is something that can be fixed. They can also provide service options if needed. You can also check with our parts team at 1-866-481-2569 to purchase a replacement tray.
