Canon IPF 770 - Discolouration at beginning of print

Hi

I am having an issue with the print qulaity of the wide format printer. (Canon ipf 770)

The first 1cm is discoloured.  I have tried nozzle check etc but its not going away. 

Please see attached as an example.
