New computer. Windows 11. Printer connected via ethernet cable. Installed driver version 7.1.2. Printer prints all jobs two-sided. I unchecked the "two-sided printing" box in Printer Preferences. I have deleted and reinstalled the driver several times. Cannot print one-sided. Any suggestions on what else I can investigate? Thank you.

Hello,
To turn off the two sided printing option, you can try switching the 1 sided/sided setting under printing preferences. The setting will be found in the basic tab and will be a drop down menu. You can view the setting window using the steps in the link HERE. If you continue to run into issues with changing the setting, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
