I recently bought a Cannon All-in-One Model # MF743Cdw because of the American support. However, the scanning images are terrible! Is there thing that can be done to improve this?

The scans look terrible when I open in Adobe. It appears to be in low resolution. When I scan the document in the document feeder, I increase the resolution to 600 dpi, it is defaulted to 50 dpi. I have an iMac M1 OS Ventura 13.3. When I picked driver from your website I selected the Venture 13.3

Hi, rlallen0620!
So that the Community can help you better, please let us know in what way your scans look bad, such as low resolution, bad color, misaligned, etc. It would also help us to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and which application you're scanning with. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
