A friend of mine wants to scan documents from a Image Runner 1024 IF to a shared folder located on his computer, but every time he scans them, the scanned documents does not appear in the shared folder. Everything worked fine until Jan. 19th, 2016.
The shared folder has been created and the permissions have been granted as well. The printer was configured by a Canon Service Provider in Peru. 2 colleagues in the company he is working for, are able to scan documents to its shared folders on their computers, without problems.
He´s currently using Windows 8 64 bits in Spanish.
What do else I need to check?
