CANON MF 4730 DOWNLOAD MODE

Trying to download the lastest firmware update for my MF4730 printer and canon won't recognize the serial number.

still looking for programme , any canon platform in the world  is able to privide me . I tried with another SN , downloading was perfect . using this program , i could  repair two machines but the first one is still blocked .
