Android S22 - cannot print to canon mf741cdw

Team,

It used to work now all of a sudden it doesnt- installed canon print and canon print services. Canon print finds the printer fine but when i try to print something it just hangs on the phone saying printing. nothing prints and to stop it from trying to print I have to reboot the phone. 

i assume there is some setting on the printer stopping me from printing?

The Canon print and Canon print Inkjet/Selphy service was designed to work with our wireless inkjet printers in the Pixma and Maxify series. To use the MF741, you can download and install our Canon print Business app and the Mopria print service. Before printing from the phone with the Mopria print service, you can turn the Canon print service off or uninstall it.
