So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. While we Canon USA hasn't marketed an imageCLASS printer with the model number "MS236," we have produced a printer with the model name imageCLASS MF236n. Please let us know if that's what you're using or if it's something else. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
