I love the Selphy CP1500 that I purchased for our clinic; however, I purchased Canon Inkjet 4x6 photo paper (PP-301) to use after the few sheets of supplied adhesive paper were used up which are not being recognized. Is there a setting I need to change or a different Canon 4x6 photo paper that I need to purchase? I prefer normal photo paper and would have assumed that the ones I purchased would be compatible. If not, is there some specific type of paper that only works with the Selphy?
Thank you,
Ryan M. Andrée

Hi Ryan M. Andrée,
The amount of pages that you can print with the ink cassette equals the amount of sheets that are bundled with that ink cassette. Please use the link below to view compatible ink/paper sets for use with your SELPHY CP1500 (opens in new window):
SELPHY CP1500 Manual > Introduction > Ink and Paper (Sold Separately)
Please note, PP-301 paper is not supported with the SELPHY CP1500.
