SELPHY CP1500 Printing half images in yellow/red

Good afternoon. I have a Canon Selphy 1500. My printer is printing just half of images in size 2 X 2 inches. Also, I am only getting yellow and red colours. The message on the screen reads as follows: There is a problem with the ink cassette.Turn the printer off, remove the cassette, tighten the ink sheet, replace the cassette and turn printer on again." I have done all of that several times. I have changed two cassettes. How does one tighten the in sheet and is there another solution in this problem.

Hi DR8,

Because this has occured with two different ink cassettes, it would appear that your SELPHY CP1500 would require service.  To obtain service, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.

On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your SELPHY CP1500.

Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.
