SELPHY CP1500 says ink and paper are not the right size

I have a Canon selphy cp1500 compact photo printer. Having trouble getting it to print. Printer screen says that the ink and paper are not the right size. However, I have the Canon RP-108 postcard size color ink/ paper set. Why is it not working

After loading the paper and opening the SELPHY Photo Layout app, please make sure you are selecting the correct paper from the drop down menu first:
