Selphy CP1300 prints too big.

Hi,

Am new to this forum, so I hope I am doing this right!

My new Selphy CP1300 prints the pictures too big.  It ends up cutting of heads and other important things.

Any suggestions?

Thanks awasbell4, but that doesn’t work if you want a full bleed print. They should be able to clarify what the bleed is instead of just vague replies about knowing you’re going to lose some edges due to the bleed. If I knew how much edge it would lose I could resize accordingly prior to sending to print.

I had the same problem. I cropped the photo and took off a little of the bottom, and then the photo was a little smaller and the entire image fit on the paper.
