After I turned on the photo printer, the display says 'Canon' and the keypad no response at all. I have to disconnect the power in order to switch off the printer. Tried turning on again. Same thing occurred. Nothing helpful under the troubleshoot section of the manual.
Any similar experience in the past?
Since unplugging and plugging back in did not resolve the issue, the printer will require service.
If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
