PIXMA TR7020a: New Inkjet Cartridges Installed / Not Responding ??

Canon Printer TR7020a, Replaced Inkjet Cartridges .. Printer Display Window shows Printer is now Full of Ink (Color & Black).. But when accessing an email on file , following the Prompts to Print off a Copy of said email.. I can only get as far as clicking on Print then Pop up disappears and I've lost contact with Printer..  I've turned Laptop Off , Turned WiFi off and ISP off.. Still no response, unable to Print off Copy of email..  Thoughts & Opinions Appricated,  Cheers Thanks
