SELPHY CP1500 won't accept memory cards over 2 GB

It seems the the SELPHY CP1500 will not accept memory cards from my Moultrie trail cameras over 2 GBs. I keep getting a message that says there are no photos on the card when I know there are. All of the cards 2 GB in above work fine on my laptop. Does anybody else have that problem?

Hi Lumberjack,

In what format does your trail camera save the images that it captures?  JPG? PNG? TIFF?

Is the memory card taken straight from the camera and inserted into your CP1500?  Or are any images edited on that card first?

I’ve reached out to Moultrie but haven’t heard from them yet regarding the format of their non-cellular trail cams. But, I’m assuming the pics are jpeg. I do take the card straight from the camera and insert it into the CP1500. The pic have not been edited. Thanks. I’ll share more as I get the info.

Specs say it will accept SDXC cards.
