I know this email thread was ages ago, but my Canon Ivy Mini (not the 2nd generation one) started printing with lines on left side, now it's like an inch of blank space on the left side. I talked to support and re-calibrated and reset the machine but nothing worked. Any suggestions? I did go ahead and purchase the Ivy 2 but still would be nice to be able to use my Ivy 1. Thanks

If running the blue sheet through your printer multiple times and resetting your printer did not resolve the printing issue you are experiencing, your IVY printer would require service.
To obtain service, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.
On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your IVY printer.
Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.
