SELPHY CP1300 Controls Not Working

The monitor on my CP 1300 does not seem to be working. I have power when I press the on button and the canon logo does come up but I cannot seem to move past the home screen. When I press the Wi-Fi button on the console, the Wi-Fi menu does come up, but I cannot seem to move from disable to enable. Need advice please. Got it for Christmas and haven’t used.

Since the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
