Ivy2 (4) Collage printing uneven

I just purchased the Ivy 2 and the 4 quad collage is not printing evenly. I did a search and see that it was a common issue last year. Is there a fix or firmware update that fixes it?

Once logged in, click on your IVY printer and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative will assist you with resolving the collage printing you are experiencing with your IVY printer.
