Every time I try to print a photo it says "The print queue is empty". We have tried loading different paper, uninstalled the app, reset the printer, but nothing works. It worked fine until today. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Ivy mini printer. Any suggestions????

Any update in this ?? Tried another samsung phone (android) and it worked ok. But not working with original phone (android system is fully updated)
