I have a brand new Canon out of the box, I tried to insert the cartridges they don't seem to seat solidly in, they feel loose no matter how hard I push down there's a click put no lights are coming on in either cartridge. I read sometimes the cartridges sent are bad so I purchased another set, and tried inserting them. I finally got the black one in that feels like it was seated but the light still won't come on. I have owned many printers previously never had a problem getting cartridges in or seated in another other printer before. I see others have had similar problems with cartridges. Any help would be greatly appreciated about what is wrong with this printer or should I just return it and get something different?
