Canon Pixma iP110 has stopped working no light. The power cord works on our other canon

The power cord works on our other canon

I did have the printer connected to the battery unit which indicated power running out

when I connected the power cord it wouldn't charge with or wothout the battery

 

I have removed the battery still no lights

Since the printer will no longer power on, it would need to be replaced. If you printer is in warranty, I would recommend contacting our phone support team for additional assistance. They can be reached by logging into your My Canon Account and going to your support options.

To create a Canon account, please click HERE to for the Canon Account page. 

If your printer is out of warranty, you qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
