CP1500 - Photos are splotchy.

I have changed the ink cartridge, paper and I still get splotchy pictures.  Not sure if it is a setting that isnt correct.  This only started happening and its a new printer.  I replaced my CP1300 in January this year.  HELP!

First, please check the following:

• Confirm that the ink sheet and paper are free of dirt or dust.
• Confirm that the inside of your SELPHY CP1500 is free of dust (more information here).
• Confirm that no condensation has formed on your SELPHY CP1500 (more information here).
• Confirm that your SELPHY CP1500 is away from sources of electromagnetic waves or strong magnetic fields.
