Hi, I am trying to have my binoculars repaired (resentful canine chewed the eye lens) - Does anyone know whether it is  possible for Canon to replace eye lens and rubber cuffs?

Thanks for responding Danny! These are 8x25 image stabilizing binoculars. I finally found how to submit a repair request - but I wondered if any such repair would be possible.

Hello grahaj2,

These binoculars can be serviced at our repair facilities. The technician at the factory service center would need to inspect them to determine exactly what measures will be taken to resolve the issue of course.

They are on their way to you guys! Thanks and fingers crossed you can repair them!

Hi, I now have a similar issue (dropped and front lens cracked). What was the outcome of your repair and how much did it set you back? TIA

Canon's repair services can often replace parts like eye lenses and rubber cuffs, so it’s definitely worth checking with them directly. Reach out to Canon's customer support or look up their authorized repair centers to see if they can handle the repair for your specific binocular model. Good luck with getting them fixed!
