I have a Canon Binocular 12X36 IS II that my husband bought me years ago. I sent them in for repairs in 2021 and when they were returned the lens ends were loose. I thought that was how they should be and didn't report it until the end fell off of one of this this spring. When I sent them in for repairs I was quoted over $700 in repairs. The original cost of these was not that much! They returned these to me, as I wasn't going to pay more for them than I paid initially. I have no idea what options I have now to fix these or to recycle them.
Very frustrated with lousy service. Love the binoculars, but the service, not so much.
