this link is for a different camera, not the Sure Shot 80 tele.

Is it close enough?  do the buttons and menus seem to correspond?  Don't get caught up on the model number, it looks like basically the same camera!  or, in the alternative, what is it exactly you're looking for the user manual for, e.g. a particular feature?
