I keep getting a Paper Jam / Cover Open error on my P-215ii scanner. I have cleaned everything very well and inspected the rollers/wear items. Nothing looks bad or damaged.
Are there any known problems to cause these errors?

To make sure we are on the same page, I suggest you follow the steps at this LINK to clear the error message regarding your imageFORMULA P-215 II. Please make sure you hear a "click" when closing the cover.
If the error message persists, please contact our support group at 1-800-423-2366, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ET, excluding holidays.
