Your Representatives Don't Write or Call Back

Hi. I'm totally perplexed here. I spent a ton of time on the phone with your representatives. You had to replace my printer (twice!). You set up a case# and asked me to reply with information. I have replied. Never heard back. I have written three times in total, with my case number, and no one is responding to me. 

Also, my colleague ordered FOUR Prograf 1100's for her Community College print lab. Three of the printers are having the same problem as mine. 

So, clearly Canon is having a major issue here. But they are not owning up to it. I hope someone will respond. This is highly unprofessional and bad business practices.
