Switching from scanner job setting to another in capture perfect 3 is not automatic, unless you exit

Dear Canon Support,

 

I am facing a difficulty in capture perfect 3.1 software, when switching from one newly created scanner job settings to another job and if i press continue scanning it will proceed the scanning but on the previous job not on the second selected one, which means i have to exit and re-enter each time i switch between jobs in order to take effect. Is there a verified solution to this problem ?
