Hi,
I have a 3200F CanoScan. It was working well untill today that it starts to show multiple vertical lines all over the scanning area in preview and final image. Is it a serious hardware damage?

Hi ehsan,
What version of Windows (or Mac OS X) is installed on your computer?

Hi,
I use Windows XP (SP3) on my computer.
In the meanwhile I could fix the problem by click on "Calibration" in ScanGear CS. I had to calibrate it for about 15 times and then the lines disappeared. But the next time I wanted to use the scanner, they were back. This time they disappeared after 15-20 times of calibration.
That seems that I have found the source of the problem. But I'm afraid that I need to do this time-consuming process every time I want to scan.
