This problem has been raised before but I cannot find any reponse to the original query.... it relates to a 5600F scanner ...
" MP Navigator will not boot. Message box says "The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed".
I've tried re-installing the driver and the software and still getting the message each and every time.
Scanner was working fine before the upgrade. Any suggestions on how to fix this? "
This is exactly the problem that I am now experiencing. I did try looking at the C: users/ <name>/ AppData .... Network Shortcuts directory but it was empty.
Everything worked fine with Windows 7 but not with 10. Any clues ??
